Acira Consulting Limited, established during may 2014, registration no 203046446, with registered office as well as organic retail shop at the ulitsa cherkovna, 38, Shopping center “Corner Shopping”, raion oborishte, Sofia. The main activities of our company are import, distribution, retail sales and promotion of organic certified spices, herbs, beverages, other food products, organic certified cosmetics as well as natural products from these categories. While selecting products and suppliers to offer to this market, we take extra care to ensure that we offer only products:

  • that are clean and which meet highest quality standards,
  • that are grown, packed and transported meeting highest food safety requirements as well as organic certification requirements,
  • which enhance our health,
  • which do not harm the natural resources,
  • which are not tested on animals.

For orders placed at our organic store “Anagam Bio” which is located at 38, Cherkovna Street, Corner Shopping, Raion Oborishte, Sofia 1505, we collect and process the following data:

We keep the processed data for upto 5 years from the date of initiation of the contact thru this channel for customer service and information purposes, but we do not use this information submitted through these forms for marketing purposes.

Who on our team has access

Members of our team have access to the information you provide us. For example, both Administrators and Shop Managers can access:

  • Order information like what was purchased, when it was purchased and where it should be sent, and
  • Customer information like your name, email address, and billing and shipping information.

Our team members have access to this information to help fulfill orders, process refunds and support you.

How long we retain your data
